We built the company we kept wishing we could hire.
Between us we have built brand identities, run marketing calendars, produced photo and video, designed print collateral, written proposals and service agreements, and rebuilt the internal documents that keep an operation from drifting. For years that work happened inside other people's businesses.
B. Holder Union brought it under one name. Clients get one door, one standard, and one set of people behind it.
We keep the client list short on purpose. It is the only honest way to promise that the person who sold you the work is the person doing it.

Runs the rest of the company: client relationships, scoping and proposals, operations, production, websites, content systems, and the internal documents that keep delivery on a real timeline.
Brittany Nicole Thompson
Creative Direction
Leads graphic strategy, graphic design, and editing. Assists with branding, print, layouts, and photo and video editing.
Four rules we do not negotiate.

Strategy before pixels
We will not design a logo for a business that cannot say what it sells and to whom. If that is not settled, that is the first engagement.

You own the files
Source files, editable templates, vectors, and fonts documentation are handed over at the end. Nothing is held hostage to keep you on a retainer.

Finish is the product
Kerning, bleeds, color space, file naming, export settings. Ninety percent done is not done, and a client should never be the one to catch it.

Fewer clients, deeper work
We cap active engagements. It costs us volume and it is the reason the work holds up.
